I wanted to congratulate you and to thank you very warmly for the exceptional concert which you offered us on Tuesday night. It was a privilege and a delight to listen to the carefully chosen pieces, to savour your enthousiastic, competent and inspired performance. Thank you so much for putting all that work in the preparation of that concert. And so good and appropriate to hear contemporary music in this venerable cathedral! It was a true Christmas concert which ideally prepared the hearts of those present to the feast of God’s coming. You made my advent-time different and more profound!
